A million dollar facility with zero dollar professionalism

I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff of the Troy recreation center. Ms. Gail Jones was unfriendly, rude and unhelpful. Following the example of Ms. Gail Jones, the front desk staff was as unhelpful and unprofessional as she was. I advise the center's management to consider having a training session for staff so that they have a better idea about customer service. Management should also revamp the communication system between employees because it is very important that all staff be on the same page, which will save trouble and confusion to customers. If you are looking for friendly and professional service, please stay away from the Troy recreation Center.

My family reserved a room at the Troy Recreation Center for my brother’s college graduation. The Program Coordinator, Ms. Gail Jones was very rude along with her front desk staff. They were unprofessional, disrespectful, and not accommodating to our needs. They also lost our initial reservation that was paid almost two months in advance. Despite the poor customer service the coaching staff and life guards were friendly and helpful. Use this place at your own risk!!!
